3. Verification Process

To protect against fraud, we may request additional verification (such as email confirmation or OTP) before processing your request.

4. Timeframe for Deletion

  • Once verified, your personal data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days.

  • Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently erased.

5. Exceptions

Certain information may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g., financial transactions required by law). In such cases, only the legally required data will be kept, and all other data will be deleted.

6. Effect of Data Deletion

  • Once your request is processed, you may no longer have access to your account or services that depend on your deleted data.

  • Any remaining account balance should be withdrawn before making a deletion request.
