You have the right to request deletion of some or all of the personal data associated with your account.
Personal data includes, but is not limited to: name, phone number, email address, ID documents (if provided), and transaction history.
Users can request deletion in any of the following ways:
By contacting us directly via email: support@sovamoney.com
By submitting a support ticket through the Sova Money app.
By sending a written request to our office (details in the Privacy Policy).
To protect against fraud, we may request additional verification (such as email confirmation or OTP) before processing your request.
Once verified, your personal data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently erased.
Certain information may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g., financial transactions required by law). In such cases, only the legally required data will be kept, and all other data will be deleted.
Once your request is processed, you may no longer have access to your account or services that depend on your deleted data.
Any remaining account balance should be withdrawn before making a deletion request.
